WHY TAKE CHANCES?
Choosing the right eyelash extension glue is very important.
You know that already.
If you aren't satisfied with your current one, you don't want to risk trying it on your clients if it's just as bad - or worse, it's unsafe. And you definitely don't want to throw money away if you don't use it. So, what do you do?
It's not easy, especially when there's so much glue hype around.
We've been applying eyelashes for years. So we're picky... verrry picky. When we developed ours we wanted to remove everything which annoyed us about the glues we'd used.
So we made this and we're sure you and your clients will love it as much as we do.
How sure? If you don't like it, simply send it back for in-store credit. That sure.
PLAY IT SAFE
Don't be a silly sausage... play it safe! That's why we recommend the following.
- For certified eyelash extension extensionists only.
- Suitable for closed eye eyelash extension treatments only.
- Patch test new clients 48 hours prior to eyelash application.
- Never attempt self-application of eyelash extensions.
HOW LONG WILL EYELASH EXTENSIONS LAST WITH THIS GLUE?
We hate glue hype and false claims. So, we'll be honest... it'll take a bit longer, but our mums would be proud. Any eyelash extension glue depends on a few things to bond well...
- Your skill
- That you apply to mid cycle eyelashes
- The appropriate volume is used (0.15mm are best)
- ...and of course, how well your client looks after them!
Generally, you should be able to get a bond of 3-4 weeks with the Delta, before an in-fill is required.
SHOULD I STORE MY SEMI PERMANENT EYELASH GLUE IN THE FRIDGE?
OK, bear with us... we're glue geeks.
Keeping glue in the fridge is only necessary if you have bought several or it is particularly hot (i.e.. 25ºC+), but remember to take the glue out at least 12 hours beforehand otherwise it won't bond correctly. However, the ideal environment is in an air conditioned room (low humidity) at around 19ºC.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND PATCH TESTING CLIENTS IF I USE A DIFFERENT LASHIONISTA GLUE?
Yes and no.
Yes if you are intending to use a stronger eyelash extension adhesive on a client who you previously used a weaker glue on (e.g. from Omega to Delta or from Delta to Alpha).
No if you are using a weaker glue on a client who you have already used a stronger glue on (e.g. from Delta to Omega, or from Alpha to Delta).
So, now you know... and you also now know the basics of the Greek alphabet. Never say we don't give anything back!
HOW LONG WILL THE EYELASH EXTENSION GLUE LAST?
If you store your glue properly (i.e. common sense stuff, such as keeping it away from hot places, and putting the lid back on straight away) it should last around 3 months after opening and 6 months unopened.
